How often do you take Creatine? and how long before or after you work out should you take it
When I am on creatine, I take it daily on an empty stomach usually. For workout days, i take it with my postworkout shake which is usually within 30 minutes after finishing working out.
If you take it after your work out then how does it help you have more ATP count during your work out. I understand how you take up Protein to rebuild after work out but wouln’t it be better to take the creatine before working out. Cause I need to find a way to have more energy when working out and not yawning and wanting to lay down in the middle of the weight room and go to sleep
