My Review of the Insanity Fitness Program
This program is not designed for those without self-discipline or motivation to work hard. Insanity got this name for nothing. You really need to have an insane desire to take your fitness to the next level with this program. You will probably throw up. You will be sore. You will think about giving up. You will be challenged probably more than you ever have physically. But you cannot give up.
The first day I used Insanity, I realized this was really intense. 10 minutes into it, I had to take my shirt off because my shirt was soaked with sweat. That’s when Shaun said this was just the warm-up. It took me almost three weeks for the warm-up to actually feel like a warm-up. I’m on my fourth week right now. I have lost 12 pounds and can see my six-pack again
